Church art from Appomattax Virginia

On our way out from the national park that holds the surrendering ground of the Civil War we passed this beautiful Country Church.

What a beautiful church!! Great picture, too. Looks like you're having fun, DJ, working at that restaurant! (sp?) :-)

Sp, what does it stand for? Yes we are having a great time traveling the eastern coast. The last 48 hours we were in D.C. visiting my dad. He is at a military school. We attended a Palm Sunday service at the National Basilica, very beautiful art, sculpturing, and organ music. We also walked the National mall and saw the Chary blossoms festival. D.C.'s temperature was in the 70s so a great place to walk and see sights.
